How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love our products. Please reach out to support@magicostore.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Help! I can't find my return slip.

Don't worry; MAGICO packages don't include return slips. Just reach out to support@magicostore.com, and we'll help you place your return or exchange.

 

What's your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

To place a return, or if you have trouble making a return within the 30-day timeframe, please reach out to support@magicostore.com.

When you return an item, you must provide us with the tracking number. We will then refund your original payment. Your return fees are not refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Suppose you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please get in touch with us at support@magicostore.com, and we'll be sure to get you the Magico products you ordered!

 

What's your return process if I'm not happy with the product?

 

Yes, within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:

1_ Securely pack the items in a box.

2_ Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.

3_ Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.

4_ Send your package to the nearest post office or shipping company.

 

If you did not receive a return label, please send an email to support@magicostore.com.

 

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payments.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@magicostore.com.

 

 We will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

 

NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
